AI-Generated Content

  • Generated Images: Subject to our license terms, you own the images generated from your prompts
  • Commercial Use: Commercial use rights depend on your subscription plan

Content License

  • Free plan users receive a limited personal use license
  • Paid plan users receive extended commercial use rights as specified in their plan
  • All users must comply with our content guidelines

Content Restrictions

You may not use our Service to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains explicit adult content or child exploitation material
  • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Impersonates real people without consent

Payment and Subscriptions

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

Refunds
